Job Overview
">The Haverford Trust Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Trust Administration team as a Trust Administrator. This role will provide direct support to the VP, Trust & Estate Administration and Trust Officer in managing their trust relationships and portfolios.
Main Responsibilities
">- Provide exceptional client service by communicating with clients, advisors, and other professionals to ensure timely and accurate management of trust relationships.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including reporting, bill pay, trust contributions, distributions, discretionary requests, overdrafts, statement requests, and documentation of client files.
- Coordinate new account openings, including reviewing trust agreements for proper coding and ensuring accurate transfer of assets.
- Manage annual unitrust/power to adjust calculations, change distribution amounts, and follow up to ensure completion.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and best practices within the Trust Administration Team.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in trust administration, estate settlement, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new technologies and software programs.
