Position Title: Executive Assistant
Hours per day: 8
Rotation: N/A - Anchorage
Reports to: Vice President
Purpose Of Position
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and executive support to the executive team. This
individual will be working with teams across a variety of corporate functions and serve as a key point of contact for
internal and external communications. As an adjunct executive team member, maintaining confidentiality is key.
Educational Requirements
High school graduate or GED equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or over three years of position-related experience
Experience And Background
Minimum of 3 years related experience preferred
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite-Particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Requirements
Valid State ID, Driver’s License or government-issued ID
Must pass a pre-hire drug test, breath alcohol test, physical evaluation, fit-for-duty test and background check
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong writing ability to draft documents and review contracts
Time management skills to (re)prioritize efficiently
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping
Excellent customer service skills as a key representative of the company
Must thrive in solving complex problems involving various sources of information
Good communication skills, ability to speak, read and write English
Ability to adhere to strict policy and procedures per company and OSHA requirements

Prepare written communication, documents, and presentations using various methods across Microsoft Office
Suite
Track documentation requiring executive team review and approval
Maintain recordkeeping system for executive team in coordination with applicable operations teams and IT
Coordinate communication between executive team and internal/external parties; serve as liaison when needed
Compile research reports including data set compilation and analysis as needed
Assist in bid preparation and submittal
Maintain executive(s) schedules including planning meetings, conferences, and travel
Welcome and direct visitors on behalf of senior staff
Special event planning including management
