PPL Compliance Tech
- Manage the Pipeline Compliance Tracking System (PCTS) to ensure that all compliance activities are identified and tracked. Communicate activities and requirements that are upcoming or pending resolution.
- Ensure that all asset components requiring routine O&M activity are listed in the PCTS, including valves, vaults, atmospheric corrosion locations, PSVs, rectifiers, and CP surveys. Verify that all responsible personnel and related manuals are listed in the PCTS. Reviews records for accuracy and quality control.
- Coordinate and communicate management of change (MOC) process for DOT and state driven pipeline procedures and manuals.
- Support Federal and State pipeline audits and inspections, including preparation of audit materials, coordination and escort of auditors, and tracking of audit findings to closure. Participate in internal / external regulator inspections of the pipeline systems and communication proposed / new regulatory changes.
- Ensure IMP documentation requirements are being met. Support tracking PMM activities.
- Manages and maintains Public Awareness, Damage Prevention, and One Call Program.
- Supports DOT Operator Qualification program management and review.
