Position Summary:
At Haynes Group, our primary objective is to deliver exceptional service to our clients’ specific goals. The Pre-Construction Associate is responsible for scanning, documenting existing conditions, renderings, budgets and the production of development drawings and test fit plans for design build projects from initial client vision through construction.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Travel to job sites and accurately represent the company and its values.
- Generate, manage, process, and register 3D laser scan data in the field.
- Coordinate equipment logistics and properly care for scanning hardware.
- Collaborate with personnel and contractors to produce 3D Revit and BIM documentation.
- Interact with clients and their on-site representatives.
- Maintain awareness of the evolving technological landscape to be sure we are presenting the best solutions to our clients.
- Responsible for field verification of existing conditions as required to accurately produce construction documents, details, and specifications.
- Collaborating with Estimating Team on scope and pricing.
- Exceeding client expectations through an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, accurate drawings, effective communication and an attention to detail that result in top notch project outcomes
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum of 2 years of experience with Autodesk Revit in architectural or construction related field.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Flexibility to perform duties during early mornings, evenings, or weekends from time to time.
· Confidence traveling both alone and with team members.
· Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond quickly to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Lumeon, Leica Camera Cyclone, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Must have 3D rendering skills
· Must know Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Project).
· The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a fast-paced, energetic environment while producing detailed, accurate drawings on multiple and varied projects.
· Must be self-motivated & punctual and be able to work in a team environment.
· Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and externally.
· Must be professional in appearance
