This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of indoor and outdoor spaces of the plant. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and ensure a well-maintained environment for employees, visitors, and customers.
Pay: $16.72-18.84 Hourly
Hours: M-F (1ST SHIFT) 7:00am-3:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Level C
Entry level, in training.
Level B
Interior cleaning (offices, plant)
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Exterior maintenance
Maintain outdoor areas and parking lot by mowing, trimming, raking, and removing debris. Includes stormwater paths, pressure washing and weed eating.
Supply stock and inventory management including cleaning products, production hardware / sprays, personal protective equipment, and stormwater supplies
Check equipment and complete regulatory logs for fire extinguishers, emergency lights, HazCom, biohazard handling, and stormwater.
Maintains documentation and checklists for daily routine and regulatory records
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Performs building maintenance including repairs to lights, doors, plumbing, AC filters / drains, and painting. Inspects and reports any maintenance or repair needs.
Level A
Independently manages special assignments & projects
With oversight from Maintenance Manager, coordinates with contractors and outside vendors as needed for repairs and maintenance
Aerial lift certified for maintenance and repair of elevated equipment (e.g. vacuum sprinkler systems or ductwork, airline repair, etc.)
Job Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labor.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
