KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet clients warmly, assist with check-in and providing refreshments, and ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the spa.
• Perform specialized scalp hair, and skin treatments, including scalp massages, deep cleansing, and exfoliation.
• Provide personalized consultations to clients about their scalp and hair health, offering tailored treatments and product recommendations that provide solutions for the clients concern.
• Offer high-quality treatment & provide iconic customer service at all times
• Follow our client Modesty Policy at ALL times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa and treatment room, & ensuring a quiet, welcoming and professional environment.
• Laundering & Folding linens, blankets, and towels as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to continually enhance client experiences.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, including product usage and lifestyle tips to maintain healthy hair and scalp.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• Provide proper checkout procedures for clients to pay for appointments and retail items and assist with scheduling future appointments.

REQUIRMENTS

• Licensed cosmetologist with a focus on hair care, treatments, and spa services
• Experience in a spa or salon environment, with expertise in scalp care being highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of hair and scalp health, with the ability to identify and treat common conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
• Passionate about beauty, wellness, and helping clients achieve their desired results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, patient, and attentive demeanor.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Able to adapt to each client and provide professional and iconic customer service.

• MUST RENEW COSMETOLOGY LICENSE AND REMAIN IN GOOD STANDING AT ALL TIMES

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
