We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team! This role is the heartbeat of our client experience—responsible for managing appointment scheduling, answering client inquiries, and ensuring every client feels seen, heard, and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily scheduling and appointment confirmations for clients
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a calm, empathetic tone when communicating with clients
- Develop a strong rapport with clients to build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Be adaptable and ready to take on additional responsibilities as the business grows and on business needs

Compensation: Based on experience
Schedule: M-F with availability every other weekend
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
