The Headhunters are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing professional services firm in Southfield, Michigan seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, or possibly Manager candidate with 5 years of experience. This in-person role is going to be 65% recruiting with a dash of operations, including onboarding and some HR overflow from the HR Manager. The company has a "jerk-free" culture, and in less than 10 years has already grown the team to more than 50 people. You will report directly to the owner, and regularly interact with leadership. In this role you will be the face to all of the company's candidates, and given tools to succeed like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Glassdoor, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc. to land top talent.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand team needs and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Source and actively seek candidates, and recruit them to consider joining the company.
- Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the entire hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Scheduling interviews, coordinating, gathering, and providing feedback to prepare for the candidate's eventual start date.
- Support candidate onboarding by checking in with all hired candidates, and ensuring completion of all necessary onboarding tasks for a smooth transition.
- Assist the HR Manager with employee recognition, organize social events, training and celebrate employee achievements.
