Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Acupuncturist & Herbalist to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in providing personalized care for patients by utilizing acupuncture and herbal medicine to address a wide variety of health concerns. You will collaborate with other practitioners, participate in treatment planning, and help guide patients toward optimal wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Acupuncture Treatments: Assess and treat patients using traditional acupuncture techniques tailored to individual needs, with a focus on holistic healing and symptom relief.
• Herbal Consultations & Prescriptions: Conduct comprehensive herbal assessments and create personalized herbal treatment plans using Chinese herbs and classical formulas.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other acupuncturists, herbalists, and wellness practitioners to ensure cohesive and holistic care for patients.
• Patient Education: Educate patients about the benefits of acupuncture and herbal medicine, offering guidance on lifestyle adjustments and self-care practices to support their healing journey.
• Medicinary Support: Assist in managing our medicinary, providing insights into herbal inventory and ensuring the clinic has all necessary supplies to support patient care.
• Document Patient Progress: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress, treatments, and any adjustments to the care plan.

Qualifications

• Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) with a strong understanding of traditional Chinese medicine.
• Herbalist Certification or equivalent experience in creating personalized herbal formulas based on Chinese medicine principles.
• Experience in both acupuncture and herbal medicine, ideally with a background in classical Chinese formulas and modern Western herbal products.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and work collaboratively within a team.
• Passionate about holistic health and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
• Experience working in a clinic environment and a strong understanding of patient-centered care practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
