Qualifications
- Proven office management and clerical experience
- Ability to meet needs of patients before they are realized
- Strong organizational and communication skills with patients
- Experience in event planning and vendor management is desired
- Background in medical office management and team supervision
- Proficient in calendar management and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Capture content for social media and be proficient with FB and Instagram
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.83 - $24.10 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
