Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with a strong orthopedic background to join our team in Colorado Springs. This position focuses on serving pregnant and postpartum women with pelvic floor and core dysfunctions. Our clinic offers a slower-paced, cash-based practice with private 60-minute treatment sessions, allowing you to provide personalized, holistic care. You'll work in a collaborative, fun, and supportive environment where your expertise and creativity can shine.

Skills Needed

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience treating women’s health/pelvic floor patients, preferably prenatal and postpartum.

• Strong orthopedic background, particularly in addressing spine, hip, and pelvic pain.

• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and pelvic floor assessments.

• Ability to recommend and sell cash-based plans of care.

• Creative, with a desire to educate and engage through workshops, marketing, and social media.

• Growth mindset, team-oriented, and confident in achieving patient outcomes.

• Experience treating conditions like diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and birth trauma.

Pay Structure

• Patient Care: $50 per patient session.

• Non-Patient Care (Admin/Marketing/PR): $30/hour.

• Annual Salary Range: $86,000-$91,000

• Opportunities to increase earnings through consistent patient care and marketing initiatives.
