Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with all security procedures.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and provide information on bank products and services.
- Promote financial sales by identifying customer needs and upselling appropriate products.
- Utilize financial software to manage transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct relationship management by building rapport with customers to enhance their banking experience.
- Provide support in loan origination processes as needed.
- Perform retail math calculations to ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Handle cash register operations with precision and care.
Skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with clients.
- Proficient in 10 key typing for efficient transaction processing.
- Experience in financial sales or retail environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register operations and retail math principles.
- Familiarity with financial software applications to streamline banking processes.

- Excellent relationship management skills to maintain long-term customer loyalty.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
