Cannabis Cultivation Harvest Associate

The Health Center Cannabis Cultivation Harvest Associate is an essential member of the cultivation team and will participate in both cultivation (pre-harvest) and harvesting tasks.

The harvest associate's job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• All aspects of harvesting including: cleaning/prepping of cure area, cutting plants, defanning plants, sorting plant waste, weighing plants, cleaning of the flower room post-harvest, and refilling the room with veg plants.
• Defoliation/pruning of flowering plants pre-harvest
• Must ensure proper care/handling of product (taking care to keep plants intact, off of the floor, and properly spaced when hung)
• Cleaning - Any tools, tables, bins, or anything else that touches the product must be cleaned before and after use.
• Daily responsibilities are physically demanding. Must be able to perform all necessary tasks continuously or intermittently up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to take instruction
• Team members are required to work both independently & in groups
• Cooperative and positive attitude desired

Advancement opportunities are also available, all senior THC cultivation positions are filled from in-house promotions. Once established as a hard working team member, other opportunities will become available.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the Colorado Marijuana industry with a valid industry badge. We will accept applications if in progress of obtaining your badge.

Position starts at $19.25 per hour

Position Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:30 A.M. - 3 P.M.
