Position Summary: 

Reporting to the Executive Director, Peer Learning, the Manager, Peer Learning is a key member of the Peer Learning team, who is responsible for executing on a set of Academy convening programs. For our members, these programs are designed to address critical market challenges while enabling relationship development between health system and industry executives. The Manager leads content planning, recruitment, and member engagement.  

Primary Job Duties: 

  • Serve as the programming and member engagement lead on a portfolio of Academy convening programs.  

  • Onboard new members to programs.  

  • Ensure member engagement within designated programs by conducting member calls to understand their priorities, pain points, and trends for discussion at virtual and live events.  

  • Synthesize member feedback, identify and recruit members and other industry thought leaders to speak at events in collaboration with Executive Director.  

  • Develop collateral to support recruitment campaign execution (agenda, discussion guides, etc.) with oversight in collaboration with Executive Director.  

  • Coordinate with Event Services staff to ensure strong logistics and event execution.  

  • Serve as master of ceremonies at select member events (kick off sessions, wrap up sessions).  

  • Provide project management support to select department or programmatic initiatives.  

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 

  • 1 year working experience in an external facing role (interacting with members, clients, prospects, etc.)   

  • 2 years of project management experience.  

  • Knowledge of or a strong interest in healthcare industry.  

Interpersonal Skills & Attributes: 

  • Ability to learn new content areas 

  • Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and relationships   

  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines  

  • Desire to interface with clients on a daily basis (phone, video, email) 

  • Process oriented with the ability to drive a project to completion 

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

Physical Demands: 

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, and distance vision, and the ability to work with screens or monitors for prolonged periods of time. This position is primarily a sedentary job where the team member will be seated for the majority of the day.

Compensation: 
$65,000-75,000 per year plus benefits
