Position Summary:
The Partnership Sales Senior Director is responsible for expanding our organization's footprint by forging signature partnerships within the healthcare industry. Your role is pivotal in creating a pipeline of cutting-edge healthcare companies that align with our goals as well as our members, resulting in mutually beneficial collaborations. You will not only spot programmatic opportunities but also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring these partnerships to life. The Partnership Sales, Member Development is responsible for negotiating partnership terms, establishing initial milestones, defining deliverables, setting KPIs, and pricing, all with the support of our dedicated internal team.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary from $120,000-140,000 per year plus performance-based incentives.

Primary Job Duties:
- Craft and execute a dynamic strategic plan aimed at presenting compelling partnership opportunities to innovative healthcare industry organizations
- Drive revenue growth by securing new partnerships, prioritizing long-term, large-scale contracts that promise sustained success
- Showcase our services through consultative one-on-one and group presentations, educating potential partners on the tremendous value of THMA partnerships
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-level CXO executives, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
- Apply market segment expertise to effectively align Academy solutions with the priorities, challenges, and opportunities specific to our target audience
- Foster collaboration with other internal departments to unlock new business opportunities
- Facilitate a seamless transition of closed deals to our internal Account Management and delivery teams while continuing to provide guidance and support to ensure partner satisfaction, renewals, and future growth opportunities
- Share valuable insights from your interactions with prospects and members, offering input for new product developments and informing our go-to-market and overall member development strategies
- Work closely with internal teams to launch and successfully promote these new partnerships
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 years of commercial experience in a complex and consultative sales environment
- Knowledge of healthcare industry
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue goals and/or quotas
- Salesforce Experience
