Respond to Help Desk requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. The individual must be proactive in anticipating new problems and show persistence in resolving issues. More complex issues can be escalated to senior analysts. Supports efforts associated with setting up and bringing new groups into The Health Plan.
Required :
- 2-year Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
- Attention to details even under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
- Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
- Strong knowledge of business objectives.
