We specialize in renovating and constructing nursing homes and assisted living facilities, creating safe and welcoming spaces for residents and staff. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will manage daily on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, safely, and within budget. This position demands leadership, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail, especially when managing construction in occupied spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and facilitate communication with architects, engineers, and office teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, particularly in occupied healthcare facilities.
• Handle material procurement, deliveries, and inventory to prevent delays.
• Anticipate and solve on-site issues quickly to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Foster strong relationships with facility staff to maintain a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in healthcare or commercial projects. Construction-related coursework is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Demonstrates a positive and approachable demeanor, with an adaptable and pleasant personality. Thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to embrace changes in project scopes and timelines with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
