What You’ll Do:
- Be a collaborative, working chef — cooking alongside the team and leading by example
- Design thoughtful, creative menus for catering and outside partners
- Help shape our food identity as we scale, bringing ideas to the table and into production
- Work closely with the kitchen crew to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Build systems that support growth without losing our heart or quality

- A skilled chef with experience in both cooking and menu development
