Audiology Assistant Opportunity
The Hearing Center Of Chestertown is an established, busy private-practice health-care provider specializing in hearing care for the Kent County and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide support to our Audiologists
- Assist front desk with scheduling, answering phones and technical information for patients
- Order and maintain inventory for hearing instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Perform electroacoustic analysis of hearing instruments as needed
- Perform equipment listening check and calibration for sound booth and audio equipment
- Troubleshoot hearing technology devices and recommend repairs
- Service walk-in patients with broken equipment and perform routine cleaning of hearing aids, including replacing parts, earmold tubing, and cleaning corrosion in battery compacts
- Process all patient paperwork and chart notes
- Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, colleagues, etc.
