Responsibilities
- Clean, maintain and troubleshoot hearing aids.
- Support audiologist during fittings and follow-up visits.
- Educate patients on hearing aid care and use.
- Keep records and manage hearing aid inventory.
- Help patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Qualifications
- Reliable, friendly and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with older adults.
- Great communication and organizational skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Knowledge of occupational health standards as they pertain to hearing conservation.
- A commitment to continuous learning in the field of audiology and hearing aid technology.
