We are a large cardiology practice seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. Duties
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth employee orientation experience.
- Manage talent management initiatives to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans.
- Utilize HR technology systems for efficient HR operations. Maintain HR data and generate reports.
- Oversee benefits enrollment and leave management, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Address employee relations issues, facilitating conflict management and resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Communicate effectively with all staff regarding HR policies, procedures, and updates to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop strategies for workforce planning.
- Oversee employee performance evaluation process.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in using HR software systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Experience in training development and implementation.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
