The Hearthstone Assisted Living at Green Lake is looking for a qualified Senior care specialist to work with our assisted living healthcare team to assist with medication administration for our residents. This position will team up with our licensed nursing team to help ensure the best possible health care experience for each of our residents.

The Hearthstone Assisted Living at Green Lake is looking for a qualified Senior care specialist to work with our assisted living healthcare team to assist with medication administration for our residents. This position will team up with our licensed nursing team to help ensure the best possible health care experience for each of our residents.
Responsibilities Include
- Administering, or assisting with self-administration of medications, as allowed by training and credentialing and prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report as indicated to your supervisor.
- Assist with maintaining the medication supply room in an organized and clean manner, assist with medication cart audits, help ensure adequate counts of medications, reorder as indicated/needed and may communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery and receipt.
- Complete additional training as requested/required.
- Maintain all necessary training/credentials related to the position.
