Job Description:
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for leading the Industrial Technologies Group (ITG) Platform's FP&A initiatives and solutions, as well as overseeing a cohesive Platform reporting strategy through various reporting sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business unit finance leaders and teams to analyze variances from planned and forecasted results
- Create and submit monthly executive packages for senior Heico leadership
- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards through various data sources
- Become the Platform's subject matter expert for Power BI
- Utilize Power Platform tools to build efficiencies and effective analysis
- Be a key resource in support of Heico's evolving FP&A tool solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA or MBA preferred
- ~5 years of progressive accounting/analyst experience
- Exposure to Power BI
- Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Advanced Experience with ERP financial systems
