What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRIS Intern IL position at The HEICO Companies, LLC?
The Company
Heico has a long history of success, dating back over 40 years. From its founding, the company has grown from a single business to over 70 separate companies through strategic acquisitions and reinvestment in internal growth and new opportunities.
The company's four core operations are organized into groups: Metal Processing Group, Construction Solutions Group, Applied Solutions Group, and Industrial Technologies Group. Once acquired, new Heico companies are assigned to a group and run on a stand-alone basis, allowing for independence while sharing knowledge across other Heico groups and companies.

The company remains privately held and maintains a majority ownership in each of its operations, generating over $2.5 billion in revenues annually. Many of our businesses are certified Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBE).

Our Internship Program provides real-world expertise and an opportunity to build problem-solving skills, as well as career development courses to enhance your abilities.
