Job Overview:
As a Nurse Injector, you will play a pivotal role in our patients’ aesthetic journeys, performing non-surgical injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other facial injectables. You will work closely with our plastic surgeons and aesthetic team to ensure the highest standard of care and outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Injectable Treatments: Perform Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical injectables with precision, safety, and artistry.
- Patient Consultations: Conduct pre-treatment assessments, consult with patients to understand their aesthetic goals, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Patient Care & Education: Provide patients with detailed information about injectable procedures, aftercare instructions, and expected outcomes. Ensure that patients feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment process.
- Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, including treatment details, outcomes, and any follow-up care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the plastic surgery team to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols, infection control practices, and industry standards to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse: Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year specializing in injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, or similar procedures. Experience in a plastic surgery or dermatology practice is preferred.
- Certification: Advanced injectable certification (e.g., Botox and dermal filler certification) from a recognized training program.
- Skills: Exceptional eye for detail and aesthetic judgment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with patients and ensure a positive experience.
- Patient-Focused: Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to make patients feel at ease in a clinical setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with injectable techniques, equipment, and protocols. Ability to use patient management systems and maintain accurate documentation.
