Th e salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. The Help Group reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still welcome to apply.

Position Details
- Full-Time and Part-Time
- Location: North Hills
- Direct client care and supervision in a residential home setting .
- Training, support and assistance with client personal care, activities of daily living, self-help skills, social skills, etc .
- Tracking and implementing behavioral programs/service plans .
- Client and program documentation .
- Developing, leading and supervising recreational activities, outings and groups .
- Transporting clients in agency vehicles .
- C alifornia Driver ’s License and a clean driving record .
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities strongly desired .
- New college graduates are encouraged to apply, although a college degree is not required .
- Computer skills for electronic charting electronic charting .
