Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Community Partnerships
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, local community members, and relevant organizations to enhance THG’s reputation and engagement.
- Cultivate relationships with alumni to create a strong network that contributes to school growth and success.
- Establish partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions to provide additional resources, opportunities, and support for students and clients.
- Create channels for gathering feedback from stakeholders to inform decision-making and improve THG’s offerings.
- Represent the THG’s interests to local education authorities, government bodies, and community leaders to influence policies and regulations.
- Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with funding school districts, fostering trust and mutual support.
- Gain a deep understanding of funding school districts' goals and challenges to align school initiatives accordingly.
- Advocate for equitable funding and resources to support student achievement and community development.
- Establish key performance metrics to demonstrate the school’s impact and present data to funding districts.
- Address conflicts or disagreements between the school and funding districts constructively and collaboratively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including advocates, attorneys, and community organizations, to generate a consistent flow of prospective students.
- Collaborate with influencers and stakeholders in the education sector to strengthen the school’s reputation and reach new students.
- Utilize data analytics to track enrollment trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic recruitment efforts.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless enrollment processes, efficient follow-up on leads, and a positive experience for prospective students and families.
- Explore innovative strategies to attract students, such as online events, webinars, and virtual tools, to adapt to changing circumstances and reach a wider audience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in an educational setting.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and advocacy skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to enrollment and outreach.
- Experience navigating partnerships with school districts and community organizations.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
