Through strategic partnerships with governmental agencies and innovative programs like Full Service Partnership (FSP), Wraparound (WRAP), PIER, we foster long-term skills and support systems, enhancing the well-being of individuals and families across all stages of life.

Position Details :

  • Locations : Culver City, Inglewood, Van Nuys
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all aspects of Wraparound, FSP and PIER, ensuring family-centered, strengths-based services, flexible service delivery, partnership between family and professionals, full family engagement, community-based services, and maximal use of family and community resources.
    • Ensure all services are delivered within the Core Practice Model framework and in accordance with each program’s requirements as outlined in their respective SOWs.
    • Develop and implement program growth goals.
    • Ensure development of a network of community resources and maximize their use.
    • Oversee member recruitment for the Wraparound Community Parent Advisory Board, facilitate Parent Support Groups, and strengthen ties with the Parent Training Institute.
    • Provide ongoing supervision of program staff, including Therapists, Facilitators, Child and Family Specialists, Case Managers, and other support and administrative team members.
    • Recruit and train program staff. Oversee the development of ongoing training curricula for Wraparound / FSP / PIER staff.
    • Act as liaison with other Lead Wraparound Agencies and public agencies. Participate in county Wraparound / FSP / PIER work group to ensure collaboration between different system components.
    • Provide monthly reports to Senior Director and as required to funding sources.
    • Assist in the development of programs’ policies and procedures to ensure agency compliance with funding sources.
    • Ensure program compliance with licensing and contract requirements.
    • Interface with DCFS, DMH, Probation, court systems, schools, and other community liaisons.
    • Ensure that all paperwork is complete and deadlines are met.
    • Ensure 24-hour availability and crisis intervention as needed.
    • Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings, agency-wide meetings, utilization review meetings, community meetings, and other meetings as assigned.
    • Conduct all functions in accordance with Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.
    • Qualifications

    • MA, MSW, MFT, LCSW, Psy.D. or Ph.D. in psychology, counseling, social work or related field, valid California clinical license.
    • Valid CA Driver License.
    • Minimum five years of experience in community-based social service programs, specific to emotionally disturbed children and adults.
    • Minimum three years of administrative experience in designing and implementing treatment programs, with knowledge of and skills in individual, group, and family therapy.
    • Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strengths-based services.
    • Knowledge of the community.

    • The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
