Director of Marketing

to lead our marketing strategy and execution. At THB, we empower older adults and their families by providing seamless access to quality, affordable in-home care providers. What you'll do : As Director of Marketing, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. You'll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, inspire a high-performing marketing team, and amplify our presence in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and lead strategy :

Craft data-driven marketing initiatives that align with THB's business goals and mission.Drive brand growth :

Elevate THB's brand through strategic messaging, social media, and optimized digital campaigns.Enhance digital presence :

Oversee a website refresh, manage SEO / SEM efforts, and drive targeted email and social media campaigns.Collaborate and align :

Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and marketing enablement tools.Analyze and optimize :

Use performance metrics and A / B testing to refine strategies and maximize ROI.Mentor and inspire :

Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and results within the marketing team.Requirements

Who you are : You are a passionate leader with a proven track record in developing impactful marketing strategies. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring a strategic mindset, and inspire teams to deliver measurable results.

Experienced :

8 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in strategy and execution.Data-driven :

Skilled in analytics and optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable outcomes.Collaborative :

Adept at cross-functional collaboration and communicating with senior stakeholders.Mission-aligned :

Continuously seeking new ways to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.Preferred qualifications :
