The Helper Bees (THB) was created to fill an obvious need in an underserved community. Inspired by love and brought to reality through passion and determination, The Helper Bees was founded to empower older adult citizens and their families in their search for quality, affordable in-home care providers. We do this by providing older adults the ability to easily review, choose, and access affordable quality in-home helpers.

As a Graphic Designer at The Helper Bees, you will collaborate with the Marketing team and other company stakeholders, taking complex concepts and distilling them into clear visuals. The ideal candidate will have a blend of graphic design abilities and practical development skills. Experience working with WordPress and Salesforce is a bonus!

What you’ll do:

• Brainstorm and collaborate with marketing team and other project stakeholders to complete deliverables

• Use project briefs to complete various marketing deliverables including web banners, landing pages, collateral, pitch decks, etc.

• Present rough drafts to project stakeholders and implement changes based on feedback

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field preferred

• 5-6 years of experience in graphic design

• Knowledge of design fundamentals and best practices for typography, print, and web

• Experience with Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software

• Familiarity with WordPress and Salesforce is a plus
