About the Role - As Director of Marketing, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. You'll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, inspire a high-performing marketing team, and amplify our presence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategy: Craft data-driven marketing initiatives that align with THB's business goals and mission.
• Drive brand growth: Elevate THB's brand through strategic messaging, social media, and optimized digital campaigns.
• Enhance digital presence: Oversee a website refresh, manage SEO/SEM efforts, and drive targeted email and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate and align: Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and marketing enablement tools.
• Analyze and optimize: Use performance metrics and A/B testing to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Mentor and inspire: Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and results within the marketing team.

• Experienced: 8 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in strategy and execution.
• Data-driven: Skilled in analytics and optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Expertise in B2B marketing strategies, digital marketing, and sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, with experience in digital marketing, branding, and sales enablement
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating across departments and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; familiarity with startup or high-growth organizations is a plus

Required Skills

• Occasional travel may be required.
• Ability to remain at your designated workstation for the duration of the workday
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a phone and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
• The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
• The ability to observe details at close range (typically on a computer screen)
• This position is a hybrid role and will require the candidate to be in The Helper Bees physical office multiple times each week, and during special events as needed. During remote work days, this position offers the flexibility of remote work at approved locations within the United States. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a designated work environment conducive to professional phone calls and sensitive data. Pay range and compensation package - $135,000 - $150,000
