Reports to : Marketing Manager

Role Overview :

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist with a passion for building authentic relationships and crafting impactful campaigns in the cannabis industry. This role is critical in navigating the unique challenges of cannabis marketing, such as platform restrictions, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty through influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, organized, and experienced in researching, identifying, managing and negotiating influencer partnerships within regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities :

Influencer Recruitment & Relationship Management :

• Research, identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with the brands values and goals.
• Build long-term partnerships with influencers who are knowledgeable and supportive of the cannabis industry.
• Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, fostering collaboration and trust.
