We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dispensary Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dispensary. Duties
- Manage all aspects of dispensary operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance.
- Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including cash register operations and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Implement effective store management practices to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development to maintain a knowledgeable team.
- Ensure the dispensary is well-organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively to track sales, inventory levels, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in retail or dispensary management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
