Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Assist in the application process by collecting necessary documentation and conducting background checks.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and property availability using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer relationship management by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues reported by tenants.
- Perform data entry tasks related to leasing activities, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate administration or property management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing practices.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and tenants.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.11 per hour
