- You graduated from high school or the equivalent.
- Your ability to sell company products in a professional manner is evident while providing top customer satisfaction.

- You may have prior sales/automotive experience, but if you have the motivation and eagerness to learn, that could be even better!
- Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate fleet and commercial sales activities.
- Learn and stay informed about commercial and fleet sales operations, methods, legal requirements, and professional standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers through regular in-person and other communications.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information.
- Update and manage customer and prospect data in the CRM system, including communications, proposals, sales opportunities, deliveries, and follow-up activities.
- Familiarize yourself with manufacturers' and company products and services.
- Review purchase or lease bid specifications, interpret requirements, and submit responsive bids.
- Regularly interact with manufacturers' fleet departments.
- Maintain sales records and prepare required reports.
- Set and track short- and long-term performance goals.
- Handle additional duties as assigned.
