Inventory Associate

The Heritage Club, Boston’s first black and woman owned dispensary, is looking for an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our growing team! Responsibilities/Duties

• Take part in receiving/stocking/distributing and reporting cannabis products
• Apply all The Heritage Clubs Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to inventory, ordering, and storage of marijuana
• Report all inventory and product in compliance with state laws and regulations
• Openly communicate with upper management to ensure adequate stock supplies
• Comply with all documented security procedures
• Perform regular inventory audits
• Manages State inventory system (METRC) and its integration with POS and other electronic systems in use
• Commit to understanding and adhering to all State and local recreational cannabis regulations, statutes, laws & guidance
• Complete and maintain waste logs in adherence to the CCC guidelines
• Support management team in compliance enforcement of all cannabis state-specific regulations and laws, as well as execute and enforce compliance efforts and requirements as directed
• Assist with oversight of compliant receiving, storing, converting & disposing of packaged inventory
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Experience with Metrc and Leaflogix is a plus
• Excellent computer skills
• Willingness to learn about inventory/fulfillment
