What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with team members, parents, and stakeholders.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure program fidelity.
- Lead team meetings, develop plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Manage administrative tasks and communication efforts.
- Utilize mediation and intervention techniques to support students.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless coverage and address staffing needs.
- Conduct training sessions for team members.
- Respond effectively to crisis situations.
- Oversee budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members.
- Analyze data and present findings to improve team performance.
- This is a full-time position with a A/B schedule partnering with the other Managers
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and meeting management.
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
