Essential Functions
- Lead process engineering projects, including feasibility studies and remedial designs.
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure successful product scale-up through pilot and manufacturing stages.
- Validate product quality, equipment sizing, and process engineering design.
- Implement process control systems for real-time production monitoring.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with customers on environmental waste treatment and troubleshooting.
- Assist in design package preparation, including engineering calculations and specifications.
- Conduct risk assessments for safety and regulatory compliance.

Required 10 years - 10 years of experience in manufacturing and environmental fields.Skills and Abilities
Expertise in process engineering, improvement, optimization, and scale-up.Proven track record in product and process engineering scale-up, equipment sizing, and validation.In-depth knowledge of sustainable production practices, waste minimization, and quality enhancement.Familiarity with hazardous and industrial waste, wastewater treatment, and chemical manufacturing.Proficiency in biological filtration systems and strong project management skills.Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance at city, state, and federal levels.Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to travel (up to 30%).Working Conditions / Physical Demands
