Our Expectations
- Create a warm, friendly environment for residents from admission through discharge
- Advocate for residents at every stage of care, going above and beyond daily
- Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise
- Act quickly and calmly in emergency situations, initiating life-saving measures as needed
- Handle medication for residents and keep meticulous records of care administered
Qualifications
- Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university
- Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification
