Responsibilities :
Team Leadership, Process Management, and Daily Operations
- Manage Account Logistics : Ensure flawless handling of all account logistics.
- Project Ownership : Fully own projects from start to finish with minimal oversight, managing both the brands and the internal team.
- Actionable Meeting Notes : Distribute comprehensive and actionable meeting notes.
- Smooth Process Management : Establish processes to keep accounts running smoothly across projects and workstreams.
- Leadership Presence : Be recognized as a leader and a source of clarity and solutions across disciplines within the team.
- Brand Partnership : Drive brand relationships by understanding their organization and needs, acting as their trusted partner and primary contact.
- Strategic Insight : Provide strong input on strategy and maintain a clear perspective on creative work.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure the team delivers high-quality results across all projects.
- Project Management Collaboration : Partner with the PM to stay updated on all project statuses, tracking and flagging key milestones.
- Brand Clarity : Encourage brands to seek clarity and help them identify their needs.
- Difficult Conversations : Handle challenging conversations both internally and with brands with confidence.
- Anticipate Issues : Use strong intuition to foresee potential complications, anticipating brand needs through information gathered from day-to-day interactions.
- Goal Mobilization : Mobilize the team towards goals decisively, providing clear direction.
