Pay :
- Starting at $19.75 / hr
- Shift differential of $2 / hr for overnight shifts
- Up to $1 / hr pay increase after 6 months of good standing employment
- Sign-on Bonus totaling $2,000 for eligible candidates

Schedule assignment is determined by plant needs and confirmed during an interview.The Warehouse Associate is responsible to ensure all materials coming into and exiting the building are accurate and of high quality. This position will oversee warehouse coverage to ensure that things are setup and organized.c
Essential Job Function :
Follow all FDA health and OSHA safety regulationsFill out all required paperwork in an accurate and timely mannerPrepare product orders to meet pick-up demandsCreate accurate shipping labels and packing slipsPick the right product from inventory and packaging using the correct materialPhysically prepare and load all freight orders for pickupProperly document receipts of incoming materials, checking packing slips for accuracyEnsure that all product entering or leaving the building meets quality standardsCoordinate with Operations and Shipping to ensure order timelines are met.Receive all incoming orders and store in rackingOrganize material storage in the warehouse to prevent clutterWork with processing and packaging to provide their necessary materials for daily operationConduct inventory reconciliation on a daily basisKeep physical track of inventoryMaintain clean and orderly work areaAssist in areas of production as neededRepresent self and company in a professional and positive mannerAttend required company meetings and training and participate in constructive discussionFollow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to allpolicies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee

High School diploma or GEDCertified forklift operator required; use of stand up is preferredExceptional communication skills, verbal and writtenAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift 40 pounds repetitivelyAbility to bend, twist, and stand on your feet for an entire shiftExposed to food production environment and warehouse environment which may involve noise and fluctuating temperatures.Experience with S4 and VisiTrak systems is preferredCandidate must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
