The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is actively seeking a Full-time Body Shop Detailer and Shop Maintenance/Janitorial Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities: As an Automotive Body Shop Maintenance Technician / Janitorial Team Member, you will be expected to:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the body shop and surrounding areas, ensuring that everything is kept neat and in line with Hertrich's high standards.
• Report any safety concerns or hazardous conditions to management to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Shuttle vehicles to different departments and across dealerships as required, ensuring smooth operations across all areas of the business.
• Clean and prepare customer vehicles for delivery, ensuring that they are ready for customer satisfaction.
• Perform light maintenance duties as assigned by the shop manager.
• Take on any other additional duties as required to ensure the overall smooth operation of the shop.
  
  

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working in a body shop or detail shop environment (preferred but not required).
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• A strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
