- Ensure proper storage and organization of parts inventory
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory records
- Assist customers and technicians in a courteous, timely manner, including answering phones
- Manage inventory through bin counts and record-keeping
- Handle parts pick-up and delivery as needed
- Keep the department and work areas clean, neat, and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
- 1-2 years of prior wholesale automotive dealership parts experience preferred (retail or dealership background)
- Computer literate with strong organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver's license with minimal points on driving record
