Our Mission: 95% percent of people don’t typically hire attorneys for this type of case. With our company working on these types of cases we can provide our clients with realistic and attainable options that address their financial difficulties. This helps us ensure that someone is always available to answer questions and address concerns in a reasonable and timely fashion to the client.

Details About The Job:
-Schedule: Depending on the court hearings that you agree to attend.-Spanish Fluency Preferred (But Not Required)
- We do all the work on the cases.
- You will not be the attorney of record and will not be expected to communicate with the client or opposing counsel or court (other than at the hearing).
- We generally make our initial request to you that you attend a particular hearing 7-14 days before the date of the hearing.
- If you cannot attend a particular hearing (or don’t want to for whatever reason), just decline our request and we will make other arrangements.
- We communicate and provide documents through an online portal system.
- You simply log into the portal to see your upcoming hearings and to submit results and fees for hearings you have attended.
- The portal is simple enough that you can easily log into it with your phone.
- With our portal system, you can attend the hearing, submit your hearing results and fees via your phone after the hearing is over, and leave the courthouse with no follow up work to do.

Responsibilities:
- Must be a licensed attorney admitted to practice in Texas courts and in good standing.
- Attending court hearings as needed and as agreed to.

- Hays County
- Comal County
- Guadalupe County
- Waller County
