Every member of The Hi-Line Team strives to create a unique interaction between our customers and retail partners to support sales execution, market growth, and industry dominance. Team members work together to ensure flow and transparency throughout the company. They primarily ensure patient satisfaction and greet customers and dispensary staff with a personable smile to make everyone feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

  • Exemplifying The Hi-Line Company in-store experience
  • Educate, Engage & Inspire patients, customers, and dispensary staff as the face of The Hi-Line Company with knowledgeable insights about our products and promotions.
  • Ensure The Hi-Line Company brand inside the dispensary reflects The Hi-Line Company merchandising strategy and standards.
  • Be aware of customer flow and staff brand engagement.
  • Have the ability to handle any situation with patience and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on The Hi-Line Company products.
  • Being onsite for dispensary events and activities
  • Engage and identify interest and understand consumer needs and requirements.
  • Demonstrate and provide accurate information on promoted products and company services.
  • Create a positive image and lead consumers to use The Hi-Line Company products
  • Complete product training and pass with 90%
  • Complete MTCCD approved Budtender training
  • Complete and Pass POS training
  • Keep up with the schedule on Blitz's, ISA’s and Budtender
  • Other duties as assigned

  • A bright and positive, can-do, solutions-oriented attitude - especially under pressure; stays upbeat, creative, and goal-focused despite setbacks.
  • Attention to detail, punctual, follow-through, self-motivating, and managing, organized, focused, completion oriented - excellence oriented.
  • Highly adaptable, no job beneath you. Sometimes taking initiative to figure out what's needed and sometimes taking directives on simple tasks.
  • Ambitious learner - A desire to excel, grow, and advance in a whatever-it-takes start-up environment with an exceptional team working on an exceptional mission.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Available to work a maximum of 20 – 40 hours per week; including weekends
  • Flexible schedule
  • Reliable transportation
  • Lift a minimum of 50lbs / stand for extended periods of time
  • Available to work weekends
  • Ability to obtain MT CCD Agent badge
  • Previous industry experience is preferred but not required.

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
