Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods.
