Position: Restaurant Floor Manager

Location: Palm Desert, California

Type: Full-Time

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3 years in a managerial role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant

• Customer Focused: Exceptional people skills with a passion for providing outstanding guest service

• Leadership: Charismatic and motivating, able to help lead and inspire the team

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and minor accounting duties

• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage floor operations seamlessly

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations and maintain a high standard of service

• Ensure all guests have an exceptional dining experience

• Support, help, and train front-of-house staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency

• Manage POS transactions, resolve minor accounting issues, and handle shift cash-outs

• Work closely with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, quality service
