We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our Denver, PA facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing equipment installation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks using equipment manuals, drawings, and schematics. They will also assist Plant Sr. Maintenance Mechanic and Plant Maintenance Lead, and mentor Plant Mechanic B as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Perform equipment installation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks using equipment manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Safety and Quality Standards: Ensure conformance to safety and quality standards in all aspects of work.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Training and Development: Mentor Plant Mechanic B and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Trade School Completion: Required (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Minimum 3 Years of Plant Maintenance Experience: Required (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Basic Math and Computer Skills: Required.
- Welding and Metal Fabrication Experience: Required.
