We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our Denver, PA facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing equipment installation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks using equipment manuals, drawings, and schematics. They will also assist Plant Sr. Maintenance Mechanic and Plant Maintenance Lead, and mentor Plant Mechanic B as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks using equipment manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with Plant Sr. Maintenance Mechanic and Plant Maintenance Lead to ensure seamless operations.
- Training and Development: Mentor Plant Mechanic B and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Quality and Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in all aspects of work.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Trade School Completion: Required (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Minimum 3 Years of Plant Maintenance Experience: Required (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Basic Math and Computer Skills: Required.
- Welding and Metal Fabrication Experience: Required.
