A very exciting opportunity in New York, for a Services Manager with a luxury construction company. I am looking for a candidate with local experience in high-end residential and luxury construction management.
The client specialises in luxury urban residences and custom homes, commercial structures, construction, conversion, renovation, or restoration projects across the East Coast.
This role focuses on managing 30 clients and 5-15 projects, providing independent service to clients. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving complex maintenance and building issues, with high volumes of unsupervised client communication, detailed analysis, and guidance.
Additional responsibilities include managing existing accounts, limited delegation to lower staff, and financial reporting on all maintenance and projects.
The candidate should have a clear understanding of when to escalate issues and provide consistent reporting to management.
6-10 years of experience is required
